Praia do Patacho

With clear sand, crystal clear waters and coconut trees in the backdrop, Patacho is an almost deserted beach, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. At low tide, when the sea recedes, the beach changes and forms beautiful natural pools. To get to them, you need to walk “into the sea”.

Located north of Alagoas, Patacho is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the so-called Rota Ecológica (“Ecological Route”) and, mind you, there tough candidates. Prime location, easy access and few visitors: a perfect combination for those who want to slow things down and enjoy nature, undisturbed. There are no stalls or bars on the beach, so you should take snacks and a parasol with you to avoid any problems.
